The UNCITRAL National Coordination Committee for Australia (UNCCA) is monitoring the progress of the work being undertaken by UNCITRAL’s Working Group V – Insolvency.

WGV last met in New York in May 2017. It has reached the stage where it has a draft document on the recognition of foreign insolvency related judgments; see:

That draft is being further refined and perhaps completed at WGV’s next meeting in Vienna from 18-22 December 2017.

Members of UNCCA are reviewing the documents.
